CATAEL is an automation partner, but also a partner you can effortlessly trust. CATAEL therefore makes it a point to protect the privacy of all persons involved (employees, customers, suppliers, sympathizers, etc.) as much as possible. The processing of personal data is done by CATAEL in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as in accordance with the Belgian law of December 8, 1992 for the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data, as well as the Royal Decree of February 13, 2001 implementing this law.

In order to perform the work, to provide the services as well as possible and to offer an optimal service, CATAEL collects certain personal data. It goes without saying that CATAEL handles this data very carefully. CATAEL manages this data in a secure and respectful manner. By using our services and our website, you accept that certain personal data is automatically collected and processed.

By personal data CATAEL understands all data that someone transmits when contacting us through the website, when requesting a quote, when discussing and executing certain projects or all data necessary to provide certain services. More specifically, this includes name, position within the company, office phone number and e-mail address.

CATAEL keeps and processes all personal data as long as necessary to provide a certain service and in function of the existing professional relationship between CATAEL and the company for which a person works.

CATAEL will not transfer personal data to third parties unless a legal obligation obliges CATAEL to do so.

Anyone can always, upon simple request, view, correct or delete his/her personal data. Furthermore, anyone has the right to request at any time that his or her data no longer be used. For this purpose, anyone can always send an e-mail to privacy@catael.be.

CATAEL reserves the right to modify this privacy policy in the future if necessary. When this happens it will inform its customers/suppliers appropriately.
