Realizations

Catael has already realized the integration of Symeo radar sensors on several projects. Besides the hardware, Catael also supplies the necessary software and thus always offers a total solution to the customer.

Willy Naessens Construct (concrete walls and columns)

At our customer Willy Naessens Construct, Catael was allowed to automate the outdoor warehouse. This included automating two overhead cranes with the very precise radar sensors of Symeo.

Concreton (reinforced concrete, Geraardsbergen)

Automation outdoor warehouse (250m by 50m) for reinforced concrete columns and beams: registration of vaults in outdoor warehouse, semi-automatic control of the two new overhead cranes, processing of bills of lading. The registration of the exact position of the concrete columns is essential here.

The LPR-1DHP SYMEO sensors ensure very high accuracy and reliable operation of the system in all weather conditions. Main assets are robustness, easy to place and configure, maintenance free and very easy software integration (communication over Ethernet TCP/IP).

Seveton (reinforced concrete, Oudenaarde)

Automation of outdoor warehouse (160m long) for wall and roof elements in concrete: registration of vaults in outdoor warehouse, semi-automatic control of the two new overhead cranes, processing of bills of lading. Registration of the exact position of the concrete columns is essential here.

Smart Monitoring and Reporting Tool

Smart has been developed specifically for clients who require more detailed information regardingcertain aspects of their business processes. Whatever the topic ‒ energy consumption, productionindicators or access control for instance ‒ the starting point remains the same. Parameters arecaptured and represented in an easy-view dashboard.
